Jessica was born on the way to her mother’s sacrifice. She was orphaned on the day she was born. I got a call from the slaughterhouse… busy with business for the “Feast of Sacrifice”. They said, “A sheep just gave birth on the truck. We’re taking the mom. If you hurry, you can have the baby.”
I didn’t wait two minutes to jump in my truck. Not long after that, I’ve got this little peanut in my arms on our way to safety. Now Jessica, along with 47 other sheep are waiting for my to fill their hay barn. It’s mission-critical. Please chip in for some hay for them!
